these past few days. Anime vectoring has interest me . problem is I dont know how to color it =///= I`ve been searching for some tutorials and when im trying it. I can`t decipher the colors. I`m not color blind, Its just that. I can`t recognize whether its the dark part, the light or the middle. I think I need more practice T^T

I have been wondering.. Im a photoshop user but i don`t really use effects coz im sometimes/always too lazy to look for some. but I wanted to make a graphics which has a shiny look in it or an old school effect but I don`t know what brushes should I use.
